Minnesota winters have been so abnormally (and awkwardly) warm.
This week's highs have been in the forties, while last week's temps were at the single digits.
Dressing for this kind of weather has been especially weird, since expecting warm weather, then having to endure negative temps can be oh so painful.
Last week, I went on a shopping spree at J. Crew (and posted about it!) and got astonishingly adorable spring clothing, including these bright yellow skinnies and minty green sweater.
On a day when the weather was fluctuating and random, I wore this outfit.
Although this isn't your typical dress-for-any-weather outfit since it lacks layers, I thought it was perfect for the weather that we ended up having, which was sunny with a little bit of breeze.

I love bright outfits especially during times when they're least expected, and with colorblocking being a hugeeeeee trend, I'm so excited to try out more bright, unusual color combinations!
